On the basis of a traditional mustard, with its whole seeds, we add some pinch of Espelette Pepper. Neither too much, nor too little, just what it’s needed to lift and flavour. This mustard is nicely presented in the Mathilde’ jar.
A traditional mustard…? Made from mustard seeds lightly crushed but which envelop wasn’t removed. Its particular granular texture gives it an enjoyable feeling in your mouth and allow him to brighten up various dishes.
It’s all this “savoir-faire” and this combination of texture and flavour that we wanted to share in our traditional mustard with Espelette Pepper.
