    Recette rainbow cake de Mathilde pâtes à tartiner

    Préchauffer le four à 180°C. Préparer une pâte en mélangeant le sucre et les oeufs jusqu'à blanchiment. Ajouter le beurre fondu et mélanger. Ajouter la farine, la levure, le lait puis mélanger à nouveau. Diviser la pâte en3, laisser en une nature, colorer la seconde en rouge et la 3ème en chocolat à l'aide du cacao amer. Verser les préparations dans 6 cercles de 18cm (2 cercles de chaque couleur) puis placer 12 minutes au four. Démouler et tartiner 5 disques de pâte à tartiner. Superposer les
