Why is it important to store your chocolate properly?

Chocolate is as sensitive as it is delicious. Improperly stored, it whitens, melts, or loses its crunch ... For gourmets, there is no question of losing a single gram. Fortunately, there are tips to enjoy the best of chocolate even in the middle of summer.

Tips #1: Avoid temperature shocks

Significant temperature variations are the worst enemies of chocolate. They create condensation and cause whitening. The right reflex: keep your chocolate at a stable temperature, between 16 and 20°C, away from direct light and heat sources.

Tips #2: Opt for the wine cellar
