All the richness of the Camargue in a flower … of salt. Harvested by hand, the flower is born from the formation of millions of salt crystals on the surface of the salt marshes. A taste exception now offered by noble salt workers.
Harvested in the pure tradition, this slightly moist fleur de sel, with a crunchy and a very particular perfume, delicately melts on the tongue and will honor all the dishes you will prepare with it.
Because this salt is particularly moist, it is not recommended to use it in a salt mill.
