


Ingredients:
- Infusion Flavors Raspberry / Grapefruit*
- Rooibos Tangerine / Orange Blossom *
- Green Tea Kiwi / Banana*
- Edible Flowers
- 300ml of water
- 60g of sugar
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tangerine
- 1 grapefruit
- A few raspberries
- Ice mold
- Ice cream sticks
Preparation
In a saucepan, heat the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Infuse half a teaspoon of your Le Comptoir de Mathilde tea for 2 to 3 minutes. Let the mixture cool completely (refer to the tea boxes for preparation tips).
Meanwhile, rinse the fruits and edible flowers, cut the fruits into pieces.
Once your tea is cooled, pour it into a suitable mold, then arrange the fruits according to your preferences. For optimal results, we recommend combining the fruits with the infused teas, for example pieces of kiwi and banana to accompany the Kiwi Banana iced tea.
Insert ice cream sticks in the center of each mold. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or even overnight.
