Ingredients:
- 180g of flour
- 40cl of olive oil
- 30g of parmesan
- 70g of butter
- 1 egg
- A spread of your choice*
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, except the spread. After a few minutes, you should get a consistent dough.
Divide the dough into two or more parts. Keep one part plain and mix the second one with your spread.
Create thin rolls with the doughs. Roll them like twists and shaped like barley sugars.
Bake for 10min at 180°.
