


Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 20g of melted butter
- 40g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50cl of milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Spreadable hazelnut cocoa cream*
- Icing sugar
- Peeled and diced fruits (orange, kiwi, strawberry…)
Preparation
Put the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon, make a well in the center.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk with a fork and pour into the well.
Mix vigorously with a whisk.
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking, add the butter, salt and mix well.
Heat your greased waffle iron, pour a ladleful, cook for 5 minutes, repeat until finished.
Cut the waffles into heart shapes, decorate with hazelnut cocoa cream, fruits, icing sugar.
Accompany your waffles with a cup of caramel flavored coffee and a glass of ice-cold tea.
