Founded in 2007, Le Comptoir de Mathilde—a true success story—has grown to include over 140 shops and nearly 600 employees, 120 of whom work at the head office. Its unique, vintage yet trendy style has won over even the most discerning food lovers. Le Comptoir de Mathilde puts a fresh spin on the great classics of chocolate and sweet and savoury delicacies, continuing to produce beautiful, delicious products that are accessible to everyone.
Currently expanding rapidly, Le Comptoir de Mathilde is constantly on the lookout for new talent to support its development and growth. We are seeking dynamic, passionate and committed individuals to continue bringing culinary delights to our customers through convivial experiences.

Chocolatiers, production and packaging operators, line supervisors, quality control officers, team leaders, maintenance technicians, order pickers, sales advisors, as well as all support functions (HR, Procurement, Accounting, IT, Sales, Retail, Marketing and Communications)… these are the key roles and talents that have shaped the Comptoir de Mathilde journey for over 15 years.
Whether in production, the warehouses, the shops or the offices, every member of staff works hard every day to meet customers’ expectations as best they can, whilst maintaining a friendly atmosphere and sharing good times over fine products.

Our administrative department ensures the smooth running of our operations. Thanks to their meticulous work, our processes are streamlined, enabling our business to thrive whilst providing our customers with culinary delights.
Production
Our production department is the beating heart of our business. It is here that our sweet and savoury treats come to life, where every exceptional product is crafted with care and expertise, reflecting our commitment to quality and indulgence.
Logistic
Our logistics department plays a vital role. Our teams help ensure the smooth distribution of our sweet treats and fine products, bringing moments of enjoyment with every delivery.
