The "Grand veneur" sauce, what is it exactly? It is a preparation made from the reduction of red wine. Often thick and creamy, it is ideal for accompanying meats ... so it is perfect in a terrine!
Ingredients : Pork fat, 20% deer meat, pork meat (from France), poultry liver, EGG white, 3% cranberries, 3% red wine (SULPHITES), modified corn starch, salt, sugar, Armagnac, gelatin, wine vinegar, spices, aromatic herbs.
Preservation : Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 48 hours.
