For the Mother's Day, what more thoughtful than a recipe made with love?
Apple roses

Ingredients :

  • 2 pastry sheets rectangular
  • 5 apples red
  • 1 jar of Spread Pralinaise*
  • Juice of lemon (5cl)
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Wash and cut the apples in 2, core, then cut into very thin slices and pour into a container filled three quarters with water and lemon juice.

Place the container in the microwave for 5 minutes (700w) to soften the apples. Drain the apples then place them on absorbent paper.

Cut the pastry sheets into 7 strips, spread some spoonfuls of Spread La Pralinaise.

Lay the apple slices (overlapping them) on the top half of the strip (they should protrude slightly from the strip). Roll the strip on itself, starting from the bottom, rolling tightly and place them in individual molds.

Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C.

For more indulgence, add some spoonfuls of Spread La Pralinaise on your apple roses.

Let cool and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
