Ingredients
- 220g of flour
- 100g of brown sugar
- 120g of soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 6 salted butter caramels and fleur de sel
- 100g of caramel-flavored pearls
- 4 c. à s. de sparkling milk spread
Preparation
Mix in a bowl, the soft butter, the sugar and the egg.
Add the flour and baking powder, continue mixing with a spoon then knead with hands.
Add the caramels in small 1/2cm cubes, crushed pearls and whole pellets.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Divide the dough into 8 balls, 4 slightly larger.
Flatten the 4 small ones on parchment paper, about 10 cm in diameter.
Add a spoon of spread in the center, then close with the other 4 flattened ones, about 11 cm in diameter.
Flatten the edges to seal well and bake for about ten minutes.
Let cool on a rack.
Mathilde's Tip
Before baking, for more indulgence, you can add pellets, pieces of caramels and crushed pearls on top!
