The small shortbreads

Ingredients:
- 250g of flour
- 100g of butter cut into small pieces
- 100g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar
- A few strawberries
- Spread
- Strawberry and apricot jam
Preparation
Put the flour, butter, sugar, egg, and salt in a salad bowl.
Knead and form a homogeneous ball. Let rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Flour a work surface, roll out the dough thinly, cut out 40 rounds with a cookie cutter, in half of them make a shape in the center (using heart, star, round, ... cookie cutters).
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Let cool, spread jam or spread on the solid shortbread. Add those with a shape on top, sprinkle with icing sugar.
