Preparation with artichoke and 1.1% flavoured brumale truffle: 62.9% Artichoke, fresh CREAM, rapeseed oil, olive oil, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), 1.1% Brumale truffle (Tuber brumale), salt from Guérande, spices, aromatic plants, truffle flavour, parsley, sugar, concentrated lemon juice.
Mustard with 1% flavoured black truffle: MUSTARD (MUSTARD (MUSTARD seeds, water, spirit vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium SULPHITE), 1.13% black truffle chips (black truffles (Tuber melanosporum), black truffle juice, salt), flavour, spice.
Preservation : Culinary preparation of oils with black truffle flavour : Keep away from heat and light.
Preparation with artichoke and 1,1% flavoured brumale truffle: Store between 0 and +4°C after opening and consume within 24 hours.
Mustard: Store at room temperature, away from heat and humidity. After opening, store between 0°C and +6°C and consume by the date indicated on the jar.
