Ingredients:
- 150g of flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 pot of natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- 50g of powdered sugar (for coating)
- 50g of brown sugar
- 75g of butter (for molds)
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 pot of Strawberry and Wild Strawberry Jam*
- 1 pot of Blackberry, Raspberry and Cranberry Jam*
- 1 pot of Wild Blueberry Jam*
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter cut into pieces.
In a bowl, whisk the egg with the powdered sugar and brown sugar. Add the yogurt, then incorporate the melted butter, flour, and baking powder. Mix until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and retrieve the seeds. Add them to the dough and mix well.
Butter the doffin molds (or moisten them if they are silicone). Pour a first layer of dough into the molds halfway. Then place 1 teaspoon of jam, of your choice, in the center of each one. Cover with the remaining dough.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the doffins are lightly browned.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then unmold delicately. Once the doffins are cold, cut off the top and spread jam on it, then place the top back.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or icing sugar. Serve and enjoy.
